Requirements

Proven experience as a Billing Specialist or in a similar financial or administrative role.
A strong understanding of billing procedures and accounting principles.
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with MS Excel.
Experience using billing software and digital workflow solutions.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to thrive in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

Creating, managing, and issuing accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
Processing payments, tracking transactions, and reconciling accounts to ensure financial records are up-to-date.
Investigating and resolving any billing discrepancies or client enquiries with professionalism.
Maintaining and updating client records with a high degree of accuracy.
Preparing and presenting detailed billing reports for internal review.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless and accurate billing operations.
Ensuring all billing practices comply with company policies and industry regulations.
