About The Position

Duties include assisting with the billing of clients in accordance with federal law, state statutes, court orders and company guidelines. Works independently under direct or general supervision.

Requirements

• 6 months of customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Review, examine, and verify client financial documents, reports, and accounts.
• Review written agreements and reports to complete billing function (reconciliation of financial accounts, billing for services, collection of receivables, and completion of financial deposits.)
• Report delinquent accounts to Collection Department.
• Provide technical assistance to clients and government agencies concerning billing matters.
• Accurately and completely document all pertinent information electronically in multiple databases.
• Prepare written records.
• Review written agreements and reports to complete billing functions.
