Responsibilities

• Process/Submit electronic and paper claims (1500 forms) to Insurance companies for payment.
• Work A/R and callback reports daily, involves contacting payer for payment. (Aging A/R is completed 2 times monthly.)
• Maintain a good amount of productive calls per day. (Patients and insurance)
• Work incoming mail daily, includes claim denials, requests for additional information and undeliverable mail.
• Patient correspondence involves the set up payment arrangements, mail monthly statements, handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Set up accounts for First level insurance appeals.
• Work as a team to complete all tasks.
