In this unionized position of Billing Representative, you will play an essential role within our Customer Billing department. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Requirements

  • Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2) years related experience

Nice To Haves

  • Work Management System (e.g. Maximo)
  • GIS mapping software (ESRI)
  • Field Collection System (FCS)
  • MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint and Powerpoint)
  • Windows or equivalent operating system skills
  • Customer Information System (e.g. VertexOne)

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring meter readings from Field Collection System (FCS) into the CIS System
  • Investigating and resolving meter reading and billing related exceptions
  • Investigating and processing account and site/premise corrections
  • Processing field work charges
  • Updating CIS to ensure accuracy of billing accounts
  • Validating and processing rate changes for billing accounts
