Billing Representative - Per Diem

About The Position
The Billing Representative is responsible for the complete, accurate and timely billing and collection of all Adult Day Health Services patient accounts. This is an intermediate level position working under direct supervision. Work situations require discretion and good judgment in decision making and representing MultiCare. External contacts include patients, family, insurance companies, CO অভ্যাস Medicaid, Pierce County, and other payors. Internal contacts are within the work group and with the finance and ADHS Operations.
Requirements
- Minimum two (2) years of healthcare experience preferred
- Accounting/bookkeeping course work desirable
- Experience in not-for-profit health care field preferred
- Medicaid, county, VA, and long term care insurance regulation experience preferred
- Experience administering grants preferred
