The Urology division specializes in incontinence products like diapers, underpads, and catheter supplies, serving over 100,000 patients monthly nationwide. The Urology Billing team plays a crucial role in addressing denied insurance claims, providing necessary medical documentation, and managing insurance audits to ensure smooth operations and patient care.
Requirements
- 2 years recent work history

Responsibilities
- Performing analytical work of denied claims
- Research insurance payer requirements
- Solving problems and finding innovative solutions
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Making and receiving calls with a professional demeanor
- Understanding reimbursement policies
- Comfort with technology
- Monitor reports to identify trends, concerns, and/or areas of improvement
- Discuss findings with the potential of reporting up to management
- Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality
- Regular and reliable attendance as assigned by your schedule
