About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of billing processes. The Lead Billing QA/QC Representative will play a key part in maintaining high standards for billing operations and supporting the team.

Requirements

Experience in billing or accounts receivable.
Strong understanding of QA/QC principles.
Proficiency in relevant billing software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and mentor others.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a lead or supervisory role.
Knowledge of healthcare billing (if applicable to Quest Diagnostics' industry).

Responsibilities

Perform quality assurance and quality control checks on billing processes.
Identify and report discrepancies or errors in billing data.
Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures.
Train and mentor junior QA/QC team members.
Collaborate with billing and finance departments to resolve issues.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
