About The Position
This is a hands-on leadership role running the day-to-day of a billing and payroll team within a large healthcare organization spanning many departments that bill for a variety of services. Reporting to a CFO who oversees the broader operation, you'll lead the reps who handle medical billing and the staff who field payroll questions from employees — while staying in the details yourself. You'll chase down lost billings, manage payroll escalations, and be the person who answers when an employee flags they were overpaid or underpaid by a few dollars. Requirements
- Experience with healthcare and medical billing
- Proven ability to lead a team while staying hands-on
- Strong attention to detail and comfort resolving payroll discrepancies
