About The Position

A healthcare facility located outside of Duluth, Minnesota is seeking a Billing Operations Manager to join their team! This is a full-time, direct hire position. The role can be remote but requires the candidate to reside in the State of Minnesota. The Billing Operations Manager provides day-to-day leadership of the Business Office, ensuring efficient, compliant, and customer-focused billing operations. This role oversees approximately 2-3 employees and reports to the Revenue Cycle Director.

Requirements

• Minimum of an associate’s degree in finance or another related field
• At least 3 years of medical billing experience within a Critical Access Hospital setting
• At least 2 years of leadership/managerial/supervisory experience

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of medical coding
