About The Position

The Billing Liaison works directly with the physician enterprise central business office staff, corporate scheduling physician office liaison, and physician enterprise leadership and staff to resolve issues. This position assists with improving processes at practice locations to improve revenue cycle outcomes. This position will research, track, present findings, provide education, and maintain ongoing monitoring of improvement of revenue cycle initiatives within practices. This position will work closely with corporate marketing to update and maintain all revenue cycle information for ebaptisthhealth.org website, including policy and regulatory updates.
