A typical day as a Billing Coordinator involves a combination of problem-solving, communication, and administrative tasks to keep billing and records accurate and up to date. You’ll communicate with county funding sources to resolve denied claims, troubleshoot billing issues, and resubmit invoices to ensure timely payment. You’ll also track service authorizations and program eligibility, coordinate renewals and required documentation, and maintain employee training records for our 245D programs. Upon successful completion of a 90-day in-office training period, the selected candidate will be eligible to work from home, with one required in-office day per week. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with details, communicating over the phone, and taking initiative to investigate and resolve problems.
