About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Billing Clerk to join our team. This role focuses on generating and processing invoices, verifying billing accuracy and sending invoices to customers via the correct billing method preferred by customer. The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related field. They will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling discrepancies, and providing excellent customer support regarding billing inquiries. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and maintaining client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to address client concerns professionally and courteously.
  • Goal-oriented and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices services provided.
  • Review and verify billing data for completeness and accuracy, ensuring adherence to company policies and client agreements.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment collection.
  • Reconcile billing discrepancies by communicating with clients and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices and payment status, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Generate and distribute regular billing and accounts receivable reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to streamline billing processes and improve accuracy and efficiency.
