About The Position

The Billing and Payroll Specialist (BPS) will share responsibility for payroll and billing with the Agency Director. This role requires an organized approach to ensure accurate bi-weekly payroll and billing, and involves communication and correspondence with various official agencies such as LTC insurance companies, workers’ comp insurance companies, and medical companies. The specialist will also be responsible for entering employee payroll data, filing invoices and timesheets, and completing garnishment forms.

Requirements

Compliance with ComForCare bonding criteria.
Eighteen years of age or older, with U.S. citizenship and/or equivalent employment eligibility authorization.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and interact with clients, co-workers, and all supervisors.
High school diploma.
At least 3 years experience in administrative capacities, with experience relevant to finance and data entry.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong computer skills.
Ability to perform multiple tasks under strict deadlines and with appropriate prioritization.

Nice To Haves

Associates or Bachelor's degree strongly recommended.

Responsibilities

Conduct an organized approach to ensure accurate bi-weekly payroll and billing.

Enter in all employee payroll data into the payroll system.
File all invoices and timesheets in the corresponding client files.
Complete garnishment forms, mail and file as needed.
