About The Position
Midwest ENT & Allergy is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our business office team. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate charge entry, payment posting, and account reconciliation while supporting efficient revenue cycle operations. This role will verify hearing aid benefits and prepare patient estimates and prior authorizations, establish patient payment plans within approved guidelines, and provide exceptional customer service by assisting patients and insurance carriers with billing inquiries.
Requirements
- Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 coding
- Familiarity with medical billing processes
- Experience with insurance companies
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Prior medical billing experience
- Knowledge of insurance payor guidelines
