About The Position

Allied Universal is seeking a Billing Analyst for a Healthcare client located in Woonsocket, Rhode Island. This is a Full Time position that requires the employee to be in the office. The pay rate is $28.16 / hour. This position will be reporting to the Finance Manager for retail expenses and will be directly supporting the Enterprise Security Department.

Requirements

At least 1 year of professional work experience in a fast-paced, high-volume data-entry office setting with an inquisitive mind set looking to learn and grow with the team
Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Proactive approach to problem solving and proven ability to prioritize competing demands from within the enterprise
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. Ability to manipulate data and use basic functions in Excel
Ability to communicate clearly, accurately, and professionally both verbally and in writing in order to establish effective working relationships
Sense of urgency with a proven ability to respond to and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAP and Ariba

Responsibilities

Review invoices for accurate data submissions and rate validations from multiple vendors on a daily basis
Process all assigned invoices accurately, efficiently and timely
Assist in monthly closings by preparing accruals in a timely manner to our Finance partners for review and processing
Submit business requests (contract, purchase orders, vendor creations etc.) for new engagements
Submit requests for check voids and payment voucher cancellations as needed
Identify and research monthly variances to budget or forecast
Partner directly with the finance team on goals and initiatives
