About The Position

The Billing Analyst II is responsible for independently managing end-to-end billing processes, including usage rating, pricing validation, dispute support, and billing system maintenance. This position ensures high billing accuracy, supports revenue assurance initiatives, and may contribute to system automation efforts.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in billing or revenue operations.
• Strong understanding of telecom products, billing cycles, and usage-based billing.
• Proficient in Excel and experience with billing platforms.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
