The billing & administrative coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree, certificate from college or technical school or equivalent experience and/or training
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word capabilities
  • Must be highly organized with very strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily billing and accounts receivable data entry to support accurate and timely processing.
  • Respond to client billing and accounts receivable inquiries by phone or email and escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Prepare billing-related information, reports, and support materials for internal meetings and team use.
  • Provide administrative support to management and assist with maintaining organized, efficient office operations.
