About The Position

The Biller manages outpatient imaging billing, collections, and customer service functions for acute care and freestanding emergency department imaging services. Ensures accurate charge capture, payment posting, claim resolution, and compliance with all applicable federal, state, payer, and organizational regulations. Serves as a key financial liaison for patients, payers, physicians, and internal clinical teams. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of two (2) years accounts receivable/medical billing/insurance eligibility/cost estimate/authorization or referral experience preferred
