As a Bilingual Youth Care Worker, you play a key role in shaping the future of our students. You will have the opportunity to lead outdoor activities, assist in developing innovative programs, and make a lasting impact in a supportive community-focused environment. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• 1 year of working in a child welfare or agency setting
• At least 21 years of age
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Able to pass a drug screen
• Able to pass a physical
• Able to pass a TB test
• Able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry

Responsibilities

• Supervise youth directly.
• Ensure the day-to-day schedule is followed.
• Supervise youth in the school.
• Take youth to medical appointments or outings.
• Lead outdoor activities.
• Assist in developing innovative programs.
