About The Position
Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a full-time Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them select the right devices and plans to meet their needs. This position involves direct sales, problem-solving, and closing deals, rather than simply processing transactions. If you are naturally curious, enjoy interacting with people, and are motivated by performance-based earnings, this opportunity is for you. Your effort directly impacts your earnings, with a base pay supplemented by uncapped commission. Top performers can earn significantly more, and comprehensive, paid 3-week training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communicator, written and verbal
- Self-starter with a results-focused mindset
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail or sales experience
- Bilingual skills
- Hospitality background
- Familiarity with wireless products and services
Responsibilities
- Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions
- Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection
- Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices
- Occasionally represent the brand at community events
- Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for
- Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts
- Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed
