Job Description: Pitney Bowes is seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Facilities Supervisor to join our team at our Orlando, Florida facility. This role also includes periodic travel to our Jacksonville location and may require occasional work outside standard business hours. You must be fully bilingual, with advanced ability in speaking, reading, and writing English and Spanish . Your work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00AM – 5:00PM EST. The annual base salary for this role is $66,500 - $76,000 with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as it relates to the job requirements and the location where you will be doing the job. This role is also eligible for an annual 6% field bonus. As part of our commitment to a flexible work schedule, this role does not have a set amount of vacation per year. You will serve as the Bilingual Warehouse Facilities Supervisor responsible for overseeing all facility operations, including Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS), OSHA compliance, security programs, and vendor management. In this role, you will ensure all activities meet Presort customer contract requirements while managing the maintenance and upkeep of the grounds and plant facilities.

Requirements

  • Must be Bilingual speaking English and Spanish with the ability to speak, read, write and understand at an intermediate level.
  • Ability to work assigned schedule but will require on-call 24/7 and on rare occasion a possible weekend.
  • 2 years minimum of progressively responsible experience in a production or warehouse environment
  • Previous contract management experience required, understanding contracts, contract negotiations, purchase orders and invoices.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of security systems and investigative techniques required.
  • Knowledge of facility-related EHS and OSHA regulations
  • Computer skills at the intermediate level in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Well-developed communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and comfortably bend, stand, squat, and walk for extended periods, with or without accommodations.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Must be willing and able to work as needed, including weekends, holidays, days off and/or a different shift with limited or no advance notice based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the cleaning and maintenance of the facility which may require preventative maintenance or facility repair to be done versus using outside vendor (painting, taping, hanging/fixing signs, other forms of preventative facility maintenance)
  • Manage the creation and processing of all vendor invoices and purchase orders ensuring vendors are paid in a timely manner. Remains knowledgeable with industry trends to aid in negotiation of new contracts.
  • Manage contractor relationships as well as monitors facility-related outside contractors while onsite.
  • Evaluate established Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) and OSHA and security guidelines and implement or maintain as required.
  • Manage the safety and security department's activities including training and monitoring in addition to leading and executing certain tasks as an individual contributor.
  • Ensure staff is properly trained in EHS and security processes and procedures.
  • Investigate EHS and security irregularities within the jurisdiction of the department, inform management, and provide documentation.
  • Establish, develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement.
  • Additional duties as required.
