About The Position

This permanent full-time entry-level role involves managing the processing and payment of parking, toll and traffic violations. Customer service tasks involve corresponding with customers and preparing packages with details of infractions charges.

Requirements

High degree of organizational skill, problem-solving, and prioritizing ability.
Resourceful in researching information to assist with inquiries.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team.
Excellent data entry skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and the ability to learn proprietary software.

Post secondary business administration, logistics and customer care is an asset
Previous call center experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

Process and pay parking, toll, and traffic violation online through municipal and provincial portals.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records when processing payments and customer refunds.
Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Provide detailed responses to customers regarding parking, tolls, or traffic violations incurred during their rental period.
General office administration tasks such as scanning, printing, document storage, ordering supplies, and inventory management.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments or individuals, and coordinate with courier and postal services.
Support the Tolls and Violations team and Supervisor with administrative tasks as assigned.
