About The Position

The Bilingual Therapist will work in a collaborative fashion with other CTPSB Therapists to provide comprehensive outpatient treatment for individuals with a history of problem sexual behavior. The Bilingual Therapist will provide direct services in both English and Spanish to individuals on their caseload. Working within Adult Services, the Bilingual Therapist works with CTPSB program staff to help to rehabilitate, educate, and successfully guide clients in the community.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in counseling or social work field
  • Must be eligible for licensure as LMSW, LPCA, MFTA or higher
  • 2 years of related experience in the field of social work and/or behavioral health
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Regular and predictable attendance is required

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct services in both English and Spanish to individuals on their caseload.
  • Work in a collaborative fashion with other CTPSB Therapists.
  • Provide comprehensive outpatient treatment for individuals with a history of problem sexual behavior.
  • Help to rehabilitate, educate, and successfully guide clients in the community.
