About The Position

As a Bilingual Territory Sales Representative, you will support and grow an existing customer portfolio in our Quebec and Ontario region. Your goal will be to strengthen relationships, provide excellent service and identify opportunities to grow business within your territory. Your success will come from building trust with customers, managing day to day needs and developing opportunities that support long-term growth.

Requirements

• Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with business customers
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
• Ability to use sales tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office
• Fluency in both French and English
• 3+ years experience working with customers in a sales or service environment

Nice To Haves

• Background in account management, territory work or customer relationships is an asset

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers within an assigned territory
• Identify opportunities to grow product sales within existing accounts
• Assist customers by responding to product, billing and service inquiries
• Support account planning activities and help monitor customer performance
• Maintain accurate customer and activity information within Salesforce
• Complete sales forecasts and track upcoming opportunities
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues as needed
• Participate in scheduled sales meetings and team updates
