Requirements
- A true Sales professional; 3-5 years of sales experience preferred.
- Competitive, driven, and energized by goals and results.
- Charismatic, persuasive, and comfortable steering high-stakes conversations.
- Sharp and able to follow a proven playbook while adapting in real time.
- At your best when the bar is high, the pace is fast, and the rewards match the effort.
- Motivated by impact, income, and the satisfaction of earning big.
Responsibilities
- Close. Run 2-3 pre-qualified appointments a day, Monday through Friday. No cold-calling, no scheduling bottlenecks.
- Solve. Homeowners need you. You're not pushing a service they don't need; you're designing a permanent fix and handing them peace of mind.
- Lead. We're the standard everyone else in this industry is chasing. Other companies watch what we do, and that's a compliment. What you deliver in every home is exactly why they're watching.
