About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner for a Telehealth Primary Care opportunity in Highland Park, California. This is an outpatient telehealth-focused Family Nurse Practitioner opportunity serving a diverse Los Angeles patient population. The role involves delivering primary care services within a collaborative, mission-driven clinical model. The practitioner will work from the Highland Park clinic location while providing virtual patient care support in a high-demand environment focused on access, continuity, and preventative care.

Requirements

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner REQUIRED
• Active California Nurse Practitioner license REQUIRED
• Active and unrestricted DEA REQUIRED
• Master of Science in Nursing REQUIRED
• Minimum 1 year of post-training NP or PA experience REQUIRED
• Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED — must independently conduct full patient assessments without interpreter support

Nice To Haves

• Telehealth and outpatient primary care experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care services through a telehealth platform
• Conduct comprehensive assessments in both English and Spanish without interpreter assistance
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions across the lifespan
• Coordinate patient care, treatment plans, education, and follow-up services
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
