Requirements

• Deep understanding of Texas educational standards for bilingual and English learner programs.
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bilingual proficiency.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with educational technology platforms.
• Strong problem-solving mindset.
• Customer-centric focus.
• Must be bilingual.
• Must provide proof of automobile liability insurance with minimum coverage of $100,000 for bodily injury per person and $50,000 for property damage, or a combined single limit of at least $300,000.
• Must undergo comprehensive background checks.
• Must comply with any specific background screening procedures or requirements mandated by the state(s) in which they will be providing services (e.g., fingerprinting, child abuse registry checks).
