In this 12-month contract role, the Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist will conduct full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions across Canada for Sleep Country/Dormez-vous and its DTC brands. This includes high-volume Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Corporate roles. The specialist will partner with Business Leaders and Human Resources Business Partners to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, utilizing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Oracle Fusion Cloud, and other job boards to build candidate pools. Responsibilities include sourcing and reviewing candidates, conducting video interviews, providing feedback, coordinating Hiring Manager interviews, processing background checks, extending offers, and initiating pre-boarding. Accurate ATS updates, candidate follow-up, pipeline building, and process improvement are key. The role also involves developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders through regular communication.
