The Talent Acquisition Specialist is primarily responsible for performing all aspects of recruitment and staffing for the organization. This role involves increasing the BGIS brand to reach a broader market of candidates and finding innovative ways to make BGIS an appealing company to work for, especially outside of its immediate industry. The specialist will also work to increase the employment/talent brand via social media channels.
