About The Position

Malone is hiring a personable, detail-oriented Bilingual Staffing Specialist to recruit and screen candidates for client needs. The role involves working with companies to determine staffing requirements, managing the recruitment process, providing requested information to clients, and fostering positive relationships with candidates, clients, and onsite employees. The position is based at the Louisville South location in Shepherdsville, Kentucky, and is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role requires working in the office.

Requirements

Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Experience in staffing, recruitment, human resources, or a related field.
Excellent leadership skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Must be available to work in the office Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

Manage onsite relationships and communication with the client.
Interview and screen candidates for current and upcoming job openings.
Perform drug screens and background checks as needed.
Verify candidates’ past employment.
Respond to employee and customer inquiries and needs.
Orient new employees on company policies and safety expectations.
Build relationships with clients and onsite employees.
Maintain and present weekly reports to leadership.
