About The Position

Malone is seeking a personable, detail-oriented Bilingual Staffing Specialist to recruit and screen candidates for client needs, coordinate with companies to understand staffing requirements, manage the recruitment process, report information requested by clients, and foster positive candidate relationships. The role is based at the Louisville South location in Shepherdsville, Kentucky, and is full-time, in-office work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Experience in staffing, recruitment, human resources, or a related field.
• Leadership skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work in the office Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Manage onsite relationships and communication with the client.
• Interview and screen candidates for current and upcoming job openings.
• Perform drug screens and background checks as needed.
• Verify candidates’ past employment.
• Respond to employee and customer inquiries and needs.
• Orient new employees on company policies and safety expectations.
• Build relationships with clients and onsite employees.
• Maintain and present weekly reports to leadership.
