Job Summary: As a staffing coordinator, you will assist in managing candidate interactions, onboarding candidates and maintaining positive candidate experiences while learning about our clients and staffing needs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, enjoys people interaction, and is eager to grow within the recruitment industry. Greet candidates with a positive attitude as they arrive at the office, ensuring welcoming and professional experience. Answer high-volume inbound phone calls from candidates and clients. Assist in the onboarding and processing of candidates, ensuring all necessary documentation and paperwork is completed accurately. Learn about our clients and staffing needs to better understand the recruitment process and prepare for potential future recruitment opportunities. Making a min of 25 outbound recruiting calls per day.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Greet candidates with a positive attitude as they arrive at the office, ensuring welcoming and professional experience.
  • Answer high-volume inbound phone calls from candidates and clients.
  • Assist in the onboarding and processing of candidates, ensuring all necessary documentation and paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Learn about our clients and staffing needs to better understand the recruitment process and prepare for potential future recruitment opportunities.
  • Making a min of 25 outbound recruiting calls per day.
  • Answer phones courteously and assist callers
  • Proactively source qualified candidates from ATS and external job boards
  • Reach out, screen, and schedule appointments with potential candidates
  • Meet minimum outbound recruiting call and text requirements
  • Conduct initial onboarding and ensure all forms are filled out properly and completely
  • Conduct drug screens
  • Work closely with Front Office Onboarding Coordinator to help ensure efficient candidate experience
  • Additional responsibilities assigned.
