About The Position

Prime Communications, AT&T's largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States, is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant (RSC) to join their team. As a brand ambassador, the RSC will demonstrate AT&T's products, services, and entertainment options, offering personalized wireless, entertainment, and connectivity solutions to customers in a fast-paced retail environment. The role emphasizes providing extraordinary customer service, building value through tailored solutions, and representing the AT&T brand with professionalism. Associates will also assist with store operations, cooperate with fellow RSCs, and achieve sales benchmarks. The position offers a minimum base salary plus commission, with potential for significant first-year earnings. There are opportunities for growth within the company, as many management positions are filled by former RSCs.

Requirements

Clear communication skills

Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity
At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must have reliable transportation to location, off-site trainings, and meetings.
Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax.
Adhere to Team Color policy while maintaining neat and professional appearance.
Must be willing & able to complete the sales flow accurately within AT&T system(s).
Must be able to responsibly handle cash transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Must successfully complete all assigned AT&T & Prime trainings, in a timely manner.

Nice To Haves

Background in retail sales is helpful, but not required
Strong Social Media presence preferred
