About The Position
This role involves leading AT&T retail stores, combining retail knowledge and leadership skills to oversee store operations, manage and develop a team, and ensure customers experience AT&T's services, entertainment, and technology. The position includes managing daily store operations, merchandising, product launches, meeting sales objectives, and ensuring an extraordinary customer experience. It also involves performing outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events. The company provides paid training for leadership success and coaching a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
- Prior management experience
- Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
- The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls
- Speak Spanish and English
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store.
- Manage merchandising and product launches.
- Meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Ensure customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services.
- Perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed.
- Coach a team of retail sales consultants to ensure they meet sales and service goals.
