Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
This role is for a Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant who speaks both Spanish and English. The position involves creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise, meeting sales targets, and earning commission by offering AT&T's products and services. The consultant will use a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls. The environment is fast-paced, requiring flexibility and adaptability to evolving technology and customer needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but training and coaching will be provided for those without experience. The role is full-time with a 40-hour work week.
Requirements
- Must speak Spanish and English.
- Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
- Flexibility and openness to change.

Responsibilities
