About The Position

AT&T is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant to create meaningful connections with customers, leveraging personalized sales expertise to meet sales targets and earn commission. The role involves utilizing AT&T’s full suite of products, including the latest devices and services, to bring communities closer. Consultants will employ a consultative sales approach, guiding customers through their options, and will engage with the community through events, online order fulfillment, and outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The company, founded by Alexander Graham Bell, has a nearly 150-year history of innovation, focusing on connecting families, communities, and businesses with essential products and services like 5G and Fiber.

Requirements

Speak Spanish and English (bilingual)
Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
Be flexible and open to change to stay current with evolving tech and customer needs
