About The Position

AT&T is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant to create meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise. The role involves meeting sales targets and earning commission by utilizing AT&T’s full suite of products, including the latest devices and personalized services. Consultants will use a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options, and will be involved in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The position requires working a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available two weeks in advance. It is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and openness to change to stay current with evolving technology and customer needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but comprehensive training and coaching will be provided for those without sales experience to help them meet and exceed goals.
