As a Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant, you will be at the center of creating meaningful connections with every customer through personalized sales expertise. Your primary goal is to meet sales targets and earn commission by leveraging AT&T’s full suite of products, including the latest devices and personalized services. You will employ a consultative sales approach, guiding customers through their options. The role also involves participating in community events, fulfilling online orders, and making outbound calls to both existing and potential customers. You will work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available two weeks in advance. This is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and openness to change to stay current with evolving technology and customer needs. While prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching for those without sales experience to help them succeed.
