This role is for a Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T, where the primary goal is to create meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise. Consultants will be at the forefront of daily operations, aiming to meet sales targets and earn commission by leveraging AT&T’s comprehensive product suite, including the latest devices and services that connect communities. The position involves a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options, and engaging with the community through events, fulfilling online orders, and making outbound calls to both existing and potential customers. The work schedule is between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules provided two weeks in advance. It is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and adaptability to keep up with evolving technology and customer needs.
