About The Position

This role is for a Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant who will be at the center of customer interactions, creating meaningful connections through personalized sales expertise. The consultant will be responsible for meeting sales targets and earning commission by leveraging AT&T’s full suite of products, including the latest devices and services. The position involves a consultative sales approach, guiding customers through their options, participating in community events, fulfilling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. It is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and adaptability to evolving technology and customer needs. Training and coaching will be provided for those without prior sales experience. Bilingual Spanish and English speakers may receive additional starting pay.
