Bilingual Spanish Part Time Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
This role is for a Bilingual Spanish and English Part Time Retail Sales Consultant. The primary goal is to create meaningful connections with customers by providing personalized sales expertise and utilizing AT&T's products and services. The consultant will guide customers through their options using a consultative sales approach, participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls. The environment is fast-paced, requiring flexibility and adaptability to evolving technology and customer needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but training and coaching will be provided for those without experience. The role involves working a schedule between 9 am and 9 pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules provided two weeks in advance. The weekly hours are 20.
