About The Position

This position is for a part-time Retail Sales Consultant who is bilingual in Spanish and English. The role involves creating meaningful connections with customers, meeting sales targets, and utilizing AT&T's products and services. Responsibilities include guiding customers through options using a consultative sales approach, participating in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls. The environment is fast-paced, requiring flexibility and adaptability to evolving technology and customer needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but training and coaching will be provided for those without sales experience.
