This role involves managing sales opportunities, sourcing and negotiating prices for new products, checking inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The representative will enter quotations and orders into sales order processing systems, build new customers, and interact with other departments to meet customer commitments. They will also perform product and price maintenance and assist with database cleanup. Pro-active business development through outgoing calls is also a key aspect of the role.
