About The Position

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representatives to join a growing team supporting customers with insurance-related inquiries associated with auto loans and leases. This is a fully remote opportunity offering paid training, career growth, and the potential for permanent employment. This is not a sales or collections role. Representatives provide information, assist with problem resolution, and help customers meet insurance requirements.

Requirements

Bilingual in Spanish and English.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of customer service experience, including: Call center, Retail, Hospitality/restaurant, Office support, Administrative or data entry environments
Ability to type at least 30 WPM.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working on the phone throughout the day.
Positive attitude and ability to meet performance expectations.

Nice To Haves

Previous call center experience.
Experience working with Microsoft Office applications.
Customer support or service-related background.

Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls.
Assist customers with insurance-related questions and documentation requirements.
Contact insurance providers to verify information and resolve discrepancies.
Document customer interactions and update information in internal systems.
Follow approved scripts and communication guidelines.
Leave professional voicemail messages when necessary.
Maintain productivity and quality standards while delivering excellent customer service.
