About The Position
Matrix Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Bilingual Spanish -speaking CNA or HHA to provide care for a 24/7 home care case in Bartow, FL. This position offers consistent hours with flexible scheduling across day, night, and weekend shifts.
Requirements
- Active CNA license or HHA certification in the state of Florida
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required
- Previous home health or caregiving experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts for a 24/7 case
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
- Provide hands -on patient care in a home setting
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Support patient safety and comfort at all times
- Monitor and report any changes in the patient’s condition
- Follow the established care plan and complete required documentation
- Provide companionship and emotional support
