About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Bilingual Spanish-speaking Caregiver / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality assistance to clients in Fort Worth. Requirements

  • Valid CNA certification and current license in the state of Texas
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including all shifts as needed
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in caregiving preferred
  • Must be able to provide care within a 30 mile radius of your home
  • Must be reliable, compassionate, and professional
  • Must receive a TB test or Chest X-Ray
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check, including an arrest record and report
  • Must work a minimum of 1 shift a week

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in caregiving or a similar healthcare role preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Monitor and report on clients’ health status and any changes in condition
  • Follow care plans and ensure safety protocols are maintained
  • Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
  • Communicate effectively with clients, family and healthcare team
