About The Position

We're currently seeking compassionate, dependable Bilingual Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide exceptional in-home care for clients throughout the Dallas, Texas area. If you're passionate about helping others maintain their independence while building meaningful relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing outstanding care
• Must be able to provide care within a 30 mile radius of your home
• Must work a minimum of 1 shift a week

Nice To Haves

• Active CNA license
• at least one year of professional caregiving experience

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide medication reminders
• Accurately document care provided and communicate any changes in client condition
• Deliver care with professionalism, dignity, and respect
