About The Position

Three positions are available with an auto finance company starting in August. Candidates will interview for all three roles and should be open to all opportunities, as the hiring manager will decide which position to offer. The roles include Customer Care Representative, Customer Accounts Representative, and Title Associate in Customer Service Support. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls throughout the day from customers who need assistance with their account, payment information, title request, and payment options.
  • This position is a light collections positions, meaning you’re calling customers who have only missed one payment (between 1 and 29 days past due).
  • This role supports critical activities involving customer inquiries, dealership interactions, title processing, lien perfection, and coordination with state DMV offices.
