About The Position

This role is for a Bilingual Spanish Assistant Manager who speaks both Spanish and English. The position involves leading at the retail store level, overseeing store operations, managing and developing a team, and ensuring customers experience AT&T's services, entertainment, and technology. The Assistant Manager will partner with the Store Manager to handle daily operations, including merchandising, product launches, and meeting sales objectives, while ensuring an extraordinary customer experience. The company provides paid training for leadership success and experience in coaching a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.

Requirements

Speak Spanish and English.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
Prior management experience.
Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
