About The Position

The Bilingual Spanish Assistant Manager partners with a store manager to oversee the daily operations of an AT&T retail store. The role helps manage and develop the team, support merchandising and product launches, and meet or exceed sales objectives while ensuring customers receive an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services. The Assistant Manager coaches retail sales consultants to help them achieve sales and service goals and receives paid training to support leadership development. Additional starting pay may be available for bilingual employees.

Requirements

Speak Spanish and English.
Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
Prior management experience.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
Strategic perspective and the ability to champion change.
Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
Ability to inspire a team through high performance, collaboration, and teamwork.
Ability to use professional expertise to solve problems and analyze issues.
